Green Tea Latte

Dairy free, gluten free, refined sugar free, guilt free.

Choc full of favor and health promoting yummy stuff.

Prep Time :
5 – 10 mins for smoothie. Overnight to soak your nuts

Equipment :
electric blender

Makes :
1 large glass

Ingredients:
1 cup almond milk, see recipe above or use a sugar free store bought version, 1 tablespoon raw coconut oil, 1 teaspoon matcha tea powder, 1 teaspoon raw honey or rice syrup, pinch of quality salt and 1/2 cup hot water.

Optional:
exchange green tea with spirulina or other high powered green powders

Method :
put all ingredients in order as listed here into your blender. Blend on high for a good minute and serve immediately. Warm, light and absolutely delightful.
