Makes : 2 glasses
Ingredients: 1 cup clean room temperature water, 1 cup boiled water, 2 handfuls raw cashews soaked for 20 mins in warm water, 1/2 ripe avocado, 1 tbsp raw coconut oil, 1 tbsp raw cacao powder, 2 medjool dates, splash of rice syrup or preferred sweetener, pinch quality cinnamon powder, pinch quality salt
Method : Discard cashew soaking water and rinse cashews. Add all ingredients into your blender and woosh for a good minute or 2. The more you blend, the creamier your smoothie. Ready to go when you are. If you wish to reheat this do so gently and only to warm to keep the goodness in tact and available to you.
