Why These Sessions Matter

About Dr Anny Fodor

I have guided hundreds of women through health challenges and hormonal changes with greater ease, clarity and confidence. My work supports women to reconnect with their bodies, restore self-trust and reclaim vitality.

With 30 years of experience in women’s health, and as a woman who has navigated trauma, ill health, hardship and the shifting seasons of life, I bring both professional expertise and personal understanding.
