Not Just Treatment, But Life Transformation: A Healing Path for Women in Menopause

How 30 Years of Bodywork Has Evolved into a Healing Path for Women in Menopause

There is no single technique I can point to, though everything I offer is strongly guided by presence and empowerment.
There is no single modality that defines my work, though validation, combined with non-judgement, forms the powerful backbone of my approach.

What I offer today is not a treatment protocol.
It’s a living, breathing, intuitive practice that’s been shaped over decades—through hands-on presence, through listening as bodies whisper, scream and weep.
Through tuning into what’s unspoken.

For more than 30 years, I’ve been working on people’s bodies.
It began with shiatsu—a form of healing touch grounded in the wisdom of Eastern medicine. But as I continued to study across Asia, Europe and the US, my work kept evolving.
What has emerged is a deep fusion of experience and intuition.
This is not just acupressure for menopause, it’s holistic healing for hot flashes, anxiety, insomnia, weight changes, and emotional overwhelm.

The Body Never Lies

In our culture, we’re taught to treat symptoms as enemies.
Hot flushes. Sleeplessness. Mood swings. Perimenopause weight gain.
We try to suppress them. Fix them. Silence them.

But in my experience—and in Chinese medicine—symptoms are signals.
In this view, symptoms are often signs of disrupted Qi, our life force.

Emotions are among the most potent disruptors of Qi.
Unacknowledged or stuck, these emotions don’t just disappear.
They lodge into tissues. They speak through pain, tightness, sleepless nights, and fatigue.

That’s where this work begins: with your symptoms as a doorway—not a problem.

The Fascia Holds Memory

Your body remembers everything.
In your fascia—the body’s connective tissue—you don’t just store movement patterns.
You store grief. Loss. Pressure. Responsibility. Anger.

As Dr. Daniel Keown explains in The Spark in the Machine, fascia is more than structural—it’s the conductor of Qi.
When fascia is tight, Qi can’t flow. When we work to release restrictions through touch, acupuncture, Qigong, or breath, we restore vitality.

As Bessel van der Kolk reminds us, “The body keeps the score.” Trauma doesn’t live in thoughts—it lives in tissue.

Healing menopause naturally means releasing what’s stuck.
This often brings natural sleep support for perimenopause, more energy, emotional clarity, and physical relief.

Why I Work in a 3-Month Container

Because this isn’t a quick fix.
Because healing isn’t linear.
Because menopause and mood swings need natural treatment that honours your rhythm, not suppresses it.

This three-month journey supports physical, emotional, and energetic transformation.
We address your unique symptoms with Chinese herbs for menopause, food guidance, acupuncture, fascia-based touch, and ancient Chinese remedies for hormones.
We create space for you to reconnect with yourself.

You don’t need to “go back to normal.”
You get to discover a new rhythm—one that reflects the woman you are becoming.

This Work Is for You If…

  • You’re tired of being told “it’s just menopause” and handed a script

  • You feel disconnected from your body

  • You want a natural menopause coach who has lived experience and listens deeply

  • You’re ready to understand your symptoms—not just manage them

  • You want inclusive wellness for hormone transition

This Work Is My Life’s Offering

Everything I offer now—every session, every class—is built on decades of informed practice.
Woven with wisdom, sharpened by grief, and softened by compassion.

It’s not a method I was taught.
It’s a path that unfolded.
It’s for you.

Ready to Begin?

If you’re ready to explore what your symptoms might be trying to say—
If you want to reconnect with the intelligence of your body—

There’s a place for you here.
